Introduction of wooden sawdust dryer 

Biomass Dryer is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintenance, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of drier, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

Working principle of wooden sawdust dryer

Hot air enters into stirring and drying chamber from the bottom of dryer with suitable atomizing speed. It exerts strong shearing, blowing, floating and rotating effect to raw material.Therefore raw material is granulated through centrifugating, shearing, impacting and friction effect. It strengthens the process of heat exchange. At the bottom of dryer, the large and damp granule is crushed under the action of stirrer and the granule that is small in particle and contain less moisture will lift accompanied with revolving air stream. During the period of lift, it is dried further. Because gas and solid two phases flow in heat exchange, so the machine has strong drying capacity.

Biomass Drye is suitable for starch, rice flour, food, chemical, medical industry and other fields for drying powder and thermal sensitivity materials.
raw materials: rice husk, saw dust, wood dust, wood shavings, wood chips, branches, etc. with the diameter less than 3mm and length less than 5mm. The temperature of drying machine ranges from 180°C-250°C.

The structure of wooden sawdust dryer 

1. Fireplace is the place where the firewood, coal, gas or other material is burning for heat, there is a specially designed buffer which can make the hot air through but provent the fire in.
2. Inlet place is beside the fireplace, thus the material can be dry at a early time.
3.Roller is running evenly to make the material drying and processing at the same time.
4. Discharging unit is installed with thermeter to control drying temperature. The temperature change of dryer's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350°C)
5.The cyclone is for the discharging, which is more convenient and air lock for making the discharging little noise and no waste.
